Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitor incoming/existing projects for Vitro Data Center through coordination with internal units for facilities, network, and systems installation/activation
• Ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service through regular updates/reports
• Provide pre-sales support by identifying and defining customer requirements relative to the customer’s goals and technical requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a graduate of 4-year course in information technology or in engineering
• With at least 2 years works experience in IT project management
• Knowledge in systems and network operations
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
