Requirements:

• College degree in either of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
• At least 1 year related experience prior to Research and/or Statistics
• Willing to work long hours, even during weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to effectively interface with other units within the organization.
• Must possess leadership qualities.
• Must always be willing to learn.
• Enjoys research; makes use of available tools such as the internet in benchmarking better ways to perform the job.
• Must possess unquestionable integrity and professionalism
• Applicants must be willing to do field work
