Facilities Engineer (Canlubang)
(Southern Tagalog – Canlubang, Laguna)

 Responsibilities:

• To assist in the design, implementation and management of various programs under Quality Workplace Program. To help manage various outsourced services (Reception, Staff House, Warehouse, Employee Shuttle and Canteen vendor management) in support of Main Office Support administrative operations.
• PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the following areas:
• Design and implement QWP programs
• Review and measure performance of existing process and operations
• Design and re-design process/ operation improvements
• Regularly review QWP performance reports prior to cascade
• Screens replacements/ reliever supervisor endorsed by contractor agency
• Ensures efficient operation for all of the above functions supporting MO property Management Program
• Coordinates with agency representatives on compliance with government mandatory benefits, staff replacement and service level agreement between JFC and agency-partner
• Oversee messengerial and courier operations
• Checks and recommends payment of all supplier’s billings. Regularly check OPEX budget and actual expense
• Create and implement policies and procedures of all reception operations, staff house management, messengerial operation and employee shuttle management
• Organizes activities and meetings with the staff and agency to monitor concerns, feedbacks and to develop a team-working environment

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
• Above average academic record
• Computer proficient
