Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology or equivalent
• Previous experience in training, preferably of real estate brokers/agents, would be an advantage
• With excellent oral & written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be willing to extend working hours when necessary
