Backend Quality Engineering Manager
(Southern Tagalog – Laguna)

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving, maintaining and improving the Back-end Quality management system on maverick controls, and material review, conformance of products to company back-end specifications and customer test & sort quality and technical requirements. Responsible for assuring the conformance of Company’s products and processes on Industry ESD controls , Clean room protocols and its plant wide implementation.

Requirements:

• BS Graduate, preferably Engineering; with at least 5 years Supervisory/Managing Experience in Quality Assurance
• Specific Knowledge: Back end Operations; Safety Principles; Basic IC Assembly and Test Technology; QS9000 Manuals; Military Requirements; Statistical Methods; Design of Experiments; FMEA Principles; Benchmarking; Continuous Improvement ; Customer Service
• Specific Skills: Problem Solving and Assessment, Effective Communication, Analytical Skills, Critical Observation, Time Management, Team Building, Project Planning and Management, Supervisory, Mentoring
