Business Development Officer
(National Capital Reg - Makati)

Responsibilities:

• JOB SUMMARY
• Responsible for planning and implementatin of programs to meet company target for network development and market expansion in order to maximize revenue for sales.
• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans and strategize network development and market expansion
• Identifies priority areas and open new markets
• Conducts client calls, area saturation drives, prospecting , business opportunity presentations
• Identifies potential business partners and negotiate agreements
• Should be able to deliver positive results on the required number of business partners within a specified time period
• May train and develop dealers
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Reports to the National Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Male or Female, 25 to 30 years old
• Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any four-year business course
• At least 2 years experience in direct selling or network marketing
• Has an impressive track record of sales achievement
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel to any area of assignment

Affiliate Marketing Specialist

 Responsibilities:

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers.
•Locate and recruit top producing publishers.
•Actively consult with publishers on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
•Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
•Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for publishers.

Requirements:

•Min. 1 year online/offline advertising experience required.
•Thorough understanding of online marketing & affiliate programs.
•Strong partner management experience including solid history of relationship growth successes.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities.
•Ability to manage and grow relationships with publishers in a highly competitive market.
•Strong organizational skills, time management and focused attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple revenue generating accounts.

Pluses:

•Commission Junction Advertiser console experience a plus.
•Graphic/web design experience a plus.
