Responsibilities:

• In charge of t he evaluation and checking of structural plans, inspection of tenant’s structural works during fit-out/ renovation; Bid evaluation and inspection of structural/ civil work related projects, cost estimate and implemantation.

Requirements:

• Liscensed Civil Engineer
• 3 Years experience in building construction, design, planning, cost estimate and analysis
• Adepth in CAD works is an advantage
• Computer Literate
