Operations Manager
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)

Requirements:

• Reporting to the General Manager, successful candidate will oversee a team of highly skilled people in the production of various advertising, promotional and merchandising materials based on client specifications and standards. He/she shall accomplish projects built on original creativity, quality and reliable timeliness to exceed customer expectations. To do this, he/she will be responsible for planning, allocating and managing resources and setting project priorities. He/she drives activities for the group, defines project team roles and responsibilities, and cascades deliverables, milestones and technical requirements of the projects.
• At least five (5) years experience in a manufacturing or service-based operations
• Must be graduates of engineering, management or any business related course
• Must have experience in inventory control, planning and allocation of people, materials and other resources
• Must have knowledge of ISO standards
• Must be dynamic, proactive, innovative, results oriented, with outstanding leadership qualities and solid people handling skills
• Must be able to visualize project outcomes, accustomed to working in a multi-projects fast paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must be flexible, with a sound business sense and a great passion for learning and out of the box thinking
