US Healthcare Representative
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)


  • Perform as 1st level hepldesk to US-based healthcare clients
  • Receive cases from different media (voice, web, email) from external and internal customers and log all transactions in a timely manner to ensure that calls are received by the Analysts/Consultants for immediate handling
  • Answer all incoming telephone transactions and deal with all queries in a competent and professional manner with continuous focus on customer satisfaction and the provision of excellent customer service
  • Log and register all details of the reported issue/query accurately, complete all required mandatory information required by Level 2
  • Search the Knowledge Base and attempt to resolve known queries/issues and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate Level 2 team
  • Handle follow-up transactions coming in thru the Level 1 queue and update existing cases to alert Level 2 that a follow up has been made
  • Ensure that queued cases are dealt with in a timely and expedient manner & keep Level 1 case backlogs down to a minimum to avoid customer dissatisfaction


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Graduate of Nursing, Medical Transcription or any related field preferred but not required
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as a call center/customer services representative is required, preferably in a US Healthcare account
  • Background/knowledge of US Healthcare procedures and regulations is an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Applicant must be willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly graveyard shifts
  • Capability to speak a third language is an advantage
  • Full-Time positions available
