Assembly Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in checking the physical condition of the items for assembly.
• Ensure that the forwarded items, boxes and accessories are complete and the components are properly attached in the unit and that warranty stickers are attached to the correct component
• Provide weekly reports on task completed
• Responsible in emailing the request for assembly to concerned warehouse personnel and coordinate in case items are not yet forwarded.
• Coordinate with Sales personnel regarding the physical condition of assembled units and the bundles included.
• Responsible in the completion of requested units for assembly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, not more than 26 years old.
• Graduate of Computer Engineering and Electronics and Communications Engineering
• With background in laptop assembly
• Aggressive, resourceful, and result-oriented with excellent customer and interpersonal skills.

Jr. Service Engineer-Cebu City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shall be responsible for the repair of Systems products (Laptop, Notebook, Portable PC, Mini PC)
• Must be familiar with the products and recommend the best ways to repair them
• Shall be responsible for accuracy of current testing and troubleshooting procedures
• Shall be in charge of repair and support under the turn around time set by the company and responsible for upholding the quality of repairs made
• Provide assistance in matters of Pre-Qualification testing
• Responsible for submitting reports for product issues for special cases under you to the Customer Care Manager
• Shall be expected to actively participate in forums or discussion groups and provide communication to manufacturers for technical issues
• Keep up to date with the latest changes in technology as well as up and coming new products under your group.
• Shall be tasked to go on field as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male not more than 28 years old, graduate of any Engineering course
• Must be familiar with precision electronics and SMT technology; must have at least one (1) year experience in printers or DSLR repair
• Knowledgeable in basic trouble shooting of computers and laptops
• Aggressive, resourceful, and result-oriented with excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a permanent resident and willing to be assigned in Cebu City
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
