Sales Services Assistant (Ortigas)

·         The position is responsible for providing off-site multi-business line (life, pre-need and mutual funds) sales-related support to the Sales Head (Channel Managers) at the branch offices. It reviews all Life and Pre-need application forms for completeness of data and routine requirements to facilitate new business processing. Moreover, the position coordinates sales-related requirements with appropriate departments as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         College graduate, preferably with a marketing-related course with at least one year work experience in a sales or financial services company;

·         Knowledge in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint), with working knowledge in the use of Lotus Notes;

·         Attentive to details, analytical and with high level of integrity;

·         Good oral and written communication skills and can get along well with people.
