Sales Management Trainee
Responsibilities
- The Sales Management Training Program (SMTP) provides a comprehensive training in the Bank’s products and services via a combination of classroom and on-the-job training. Successful graduates will be promoted to Assistant Manager of the Bank or its subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
- Candidate must be in the Top 30% of graduated students of the batch.
- Candidate must have leadership positions/ experience in school organizations, community or at work.
- Applicant must be willing to do field work.
- Applicant should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduate/Entry level applicant is encouraged to apply.
