It is the Philippine distributor of world-renowned World Kitchen brands: PYREX, VISIONS, CORNINGWARE and CORELLE. It was incorporated in 1984 and currently operating in major cities such as Makati, Cebu, Cagayan De Oro and Davao. It is also part of emerging taipan, Andrew Tan’s growing business empire which include publicly listed holding companies: Megaworld Corporation and Alliace Global, Inc., with major stakes in real estate development, liquor manufacturing (Emperor Brandy) and a fast food chain (Mc Donalds).

Business Development Officer
(National Capital Reg – Makati)

Responsibilities:

  • JOB SUMMARY
  • Responsible for planning and implementatin of programs to meet company target for network development and market expansion in order to maximize revenue for sales.
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans and strategize network development and market expansion
  • Identifies priority areas and open new markets
  • Conducts client calls, area saturation drives, prospecting , business opportunity presentations
  • Identifies potential business partners and negotiate agreements
  • Should be able to deliver positive results on the required number of business partners within a specified time period
  • May train and develop dealers
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Reports to the National Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, 25 to 30 years old
  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any four-year business course
  • At least 2 years experience in direct selling or network marketing
  • Has an impressive track record of sales achievement
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to travel to any area of assignment
